Goldens’ Cast Iron offers a premium large cooking shelf, constructed of American-sourced steel to accommodate large 20.5″ grates and searing plates. It couples with the solid cast iron base and steel support rod that are exclusive to our new fire pit cooking system. Large shelf is for 30 gallon fire pit only!

The base and rod assembly clamps to our 20 and 30 gallon fire pits. It is designed for Goldens’ Cast Iron fire pits only. Do not use this base and rod assembly for fire pits not produced by Goldens’.

NOTE: The base clamp should ONLY be used on our Goldens’ Cast Iron Fire Pits. We are not reasonable for the base or cooking system being used in any other way outside of what is directed for use on our fire pits. If you have questions, email us at info@goldenscastiron.com.

NOTE: When you order, be sure to include complete shipping address and phone number to assure accurate and prompt delivery. All sales subject to appropriate sales tax. Once your fire pit and grilling system has been delivered, inspect it upon receipt. Your fire pit will securely shipped on a pallet. Do not accept delivery if you see any damage to the exterior of the fire pit. If damaged, contact us immediately with attached images to info@goldenscastiron.com.

RETURNS:

For all cooker and firepit accessories orders, you may return any new, unused and resalable accessories products in their original packaging for a full refund (minus all shipping costs). In the event that  cooker or firepit accessories have a defect, please submit photos of the defect to enable us to determine the extent of the defect and the most efficient means of resolving the problem. Photos should be emailed to info@goldenscastiron.com within 24 hours of delivery of the product. Also, please review our Limited Lifetime Warranty before submitting your request.

DAMAGE:

For all cooker and firepit accessories orders, in the event that a cooker or firepit accessory has been damaged upon delivery, please submit photos so that we can determine the extent of the damage, in addition to filing a claim again the carrier, if they are at fault. Photos should be emailed to info@goldenscastiron.com within 24 hours of delivery of the product. Otherwise, you forfeit a reshipment.

Before all shipments leave the foundry, we take a plethora of images of your shipment in pristine condition. So it is your responsibility to make sure you properly document damage immediately upon delivery. You also have the right to refuse the delivery if damage is immediately noticeable. Contact us immediately. We will have our logistics team handle the carrier issue while we prepare for reshipment.

LOST SHIPMENT

If your product(s) have not arrived and there is an error in shipment, we require that you reach out 7 days from shipment notification. If there is an issue, immediately contact info@goldenscastiron.com to report a missed shipment. At that point, we can trace the item(s) and if lost, we reship and file a lost claim. Beyond that window, it is impossible for us to trace and claim, therefor, impossible to guarantee a reshipment. So time is of the essence for you.
